- 100 g sweet potato noodles
- 2 small carrots
- 3 small bell peppers
- 1 Small onion
- 6 shiitake mushrooms
- 2 c Spinach
- 0.5 lb sirloin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Sauce
- 0.75 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 0.333 c Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Honey

Directions

Preparation of Ingredients
1. Thinly slice your sirloin.
2. Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper.
3. Mix to combine and set aside.
4. Soak sweet potato noodles in warm water.
5. Set aside.
6. Thinly slice your carrots, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers.
Sautéing the Ingredients
1. In a pan, add oil and sauté your sirloin until desired doneness.
2. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, working in batches, sauté your onions, mushrooms, carrots and bell peppers.
4. Set aside.
5. Add your spinach and some water to the pan to quickly blanch your spinach.
6. Drain and rinse under cold water.
7. Cut into smaller pieces.
8. Cook sweet potato noodles according to package and rinse with cold water.
Preparing the Sauce
1. To make the sauce, mix together minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
Assembling the Dish
1. To assemble, add cooked noodles, sautéed carrots, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, sirloin and spinach to a large bowl.
2. Add the sauce on top and mix to combine.
3. Enjoy!
