Beef Enoki Mushrooms Recipe (with Video)

Preparation
1. Cut onions into slices and cut scallions.
2. Group mushrooms together and roll two pieces of meat around mushroom.
3. Mix together dashi, sugar, soy sauces, and pepper.
4. Beat two eggs and set aside.
Cooking
1. Heat up a pan with oil and cook until the onions soften.
2. Add enoki mushroom bunches side by side and pour sauce.
3. Flip meat to cook on the other side.
4. Pour beaten eggs over the meat and cover until cooked to your liking.
Garnishing
1. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds and enjoy!
