- 1 Onion
- 1 pear
- 4 clove Garlic
- 1 c Soy sauce
- 0.5 c Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper, ground
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 lb ribeye steak
- 0.5 c kimchi
Garnish
- Carrots
- Green onion
- Sesame seeds
Sauce
- Sriracha Mayo

Directions

Preparing the Marinade and Beef
1. In a food processor, add 1/2 of chopped onion, chopped pear, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic cloves. Blend to combine.
2. Add marinade to thinly sliced ribeye, and set aside in the fridge for at least four hours.
3. In a medium pan over medium-high heat, add in oil and marinated beef and the other half of the onion thinly sliced. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes and set aside.
Preparing the Wonton Chips
1. Slice wonton wrappers into diagonal triangles.
2. Preheat cooking oil to 350°.
3. Fry wonton chips for 60 seconds or until golden brown.
Assembling the Dish
1. Layer wonton chips, kimchi, Bulgogi, fresh carrots, and Sriracha mayo.
2. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
3. Enjoy!
