Spaghetti Squash
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 2 tbs Olive oil
- Garlic salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbs Butter
- Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 400º.
2. Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds and strings.
3. Add olive oil to both halves of the squash and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
4. Flip the squash (inside facing down) on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, or until you can easily pierce the outer skin with a fork. Remove from the oven.
5. Over a bowl and using a fork, scrape up the inside of the squash until nothing is left on the shell.
6. Add butter, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
7. At this point you can serve, or dress up the squash however you’d like!
