- 3 c All purpose flour, 360g
- 2 c Warm water, no more than 110°
- 2 tbsp Warm water, in case dough is dry, add little by little
- 2 tsp Active dry yeast
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Salt

Directions

Check your yeast
1. Make sure your yeast is alive.
2. Mix sugar, yeast and warm water together.
3. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, if the mixture foams then you are good to go. If it doesn't you need to get new yeast.
Mix Ingredients together
1. Sift together the flour and salt. Add the yeast water mixture.
2. Mix until you form a soft dough that is not sticky to touch but no longer feels crumbly.
3. If it's still really sticky, add a little more flour until it feels like soft play dough that pulls away from your hands when you pinch it (but isn't dry).
Rest your dough
1. Oil a bowl, add your dough ball, cover and let rise for 1 hour or until the dough doubles in size.
Roll out your dough
1. After your dough has risen, roll out the dough to your desired thickness. Be sure to flour your work surface and rolling pin to make the rolling process easier.
Cooking Your Pizza
1. pre heat your oven to 475F. Add your toppings and cook the pizza for 6-10 minutes or until you reach your desired doneness
