Chicken Wings
- 5 lbs Chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
- 3 tbsp Healthy Rican Adobo
- 0.25 c water
- 2 tbsp Healthy Rican Sofrito
- pinch Adobo
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 0.5 Lemon, juiced

Directions

Preparation of Wings
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Add the wings into a large bowl.
3. Add the oil and adobo and mix well.
4. Add the wings into a large baking sheet and place in the oven.
5. Cook for about 45-50 minutes or until desired crunchy golden brown skin.
Preparation of Sofrito Dip
1. While the wings cook, prepare the sofrito dip.
2. Mix the dehydrated sofrito with the water, and wait 2 minutes.
3. Then add a pinch of adobo, the olive oil and lemon juice.
4. Mix well.
Final Steps
1. After the wings are cooked, top the wings with the sofrito dip or toss in a large bowl.
2. Enjoy!
