Ingredients

- 4 phyllo pastry sheets
- 3 tbsp ghee, melted
- 4 oz Feta cheese, half 8-ounce block
- 3 tbsp kalamata olives
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Honey, for serving

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
2. Wrap the feta cheese block with a paper towel and pat dry to remove as much moisture as possible.
3. Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on a small baking sheet and brush with melted ghee all over. Lay another sheet of phyllo on top and brush with melted ghee.
4. Place the block of feta on top of the 2 sheets of phyllo pastry in the middle. Add the kalamata olives on top. Carefully wrap all four sides around the feta block and remove from the baking dish.
5. Lay the remaining two sheets of phyllo on the baking sheet and brush each individually with the ghee. Place the phyllo wrapped feta seam side down on the two sheets of phyllo and wrap again all four sides around the feta. Flip the block seam side down and brush one last time with the ghee. Sprinkle with sesame seeds all over.
Baking
1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the phyllo is golden brown and crisp.
Serving
1. Drizzle with hot honey, cut into quarters and enjoy immediately.
