- 1 pinch Paprika
- 24 pineapple chunks

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 450. Wrap a baking tray in tin foil & place a wire rack on top, to elevate the bacon wrapped pineapples.
2. Cut your bacon in half down the middle. Wrap your pineapple chunks & dredge in the brown sugar / paprika mixture. Place on the wire rack baking sheet.
3. Bake for 30-35 minutes on 450, or until a crispy candy-like shell forms.
4. Serve and enjoy! These will go quickly!
