Ingredients

- 10 all beef hotdogs
- 10 top split buns
- 10 slices of bacon
- 1 tbs all purpose bbq seasoning
- 1 tbs bold bbq seasoning
- 0.5 cup bbq sauce
For the slaw
- 1 14oz pack slaw mix
- 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbs Honey
- 1 tbs Apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 Lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Directions

Preparing the Hotdogs
1. You will also need 1lb leftover or store bought bbq pulled pork (warmed).
2. Carefully score the hotdogs without going all the way through.
3. Separate while seasoning with all purpose seasoning to allow the rub to get inside the scores.
4. Wrap each hotdog with one slice of bacon and season with a bold bbq seasoning.
5. Use a toothpick to hold bacon in place if necessary.
6. Heat smoker to 275° and cook the hotdogs for 45-60 minutes or until desired crispiness of the bacon.
Preparing the Slaw
1. While the hotdogs are getting a smoke bath, let’s start the slaw.
2. Place the mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, and vinegar into a bowl and mix well.
3. Empty the slaw mix into a separate bowl and start incorporating the sauce while mixing.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Assembling the Hotdogs
1. When the hotdogs are ready go ahead and remove them from the grill and start assembling!
2. Hotdogs into the bun, topped with pulled pork, slaw, and a drizzle of bbq sauce.
