- 7 oz silken tofu
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce, or tamari sauce
- 1 tbsp coconut amino
- 0.5 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 Scallion, chopped

Directions

1. Finely mince the garlic and ginger.
2. In a sauce dish, combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce, coconut amino, vinegar, sesame oil, and brown sugar, mix well.
3. Slice the tofu and avocado into about 1/4 inch thick slices.
4. On your serving dish, alternate the tofu and avocado slices in one straight formation.
5. When ready to serve, pour the dressing over the salad.
6. Garnish with chopped scallions.
7. Enjoy!
