Avocado Rose Toast Recipe (with Video)

Preparing the Avocado
1. Cut your avocado in half and remove the pit.
2. Peel off the skin and place on a cutting tray face down.
3. Slice the avocado into super thin slices and fan out the avocado forming a long line.
4. Carefully, roll starting from one end and curl the slices towards the center forming a rose.
Plating and Serving
1. Using a spatula, lift up the rose and place on top of toast.
2. You can squeeze some lemon juice, drizzle extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), and sprinkle some seasoning.
3. Enjoy!
