Ingredients

Main Ingredients
- 1.15 lb Chicken breast, cubed
- salt and pepper
- 4 jalapeños
- 4 slices Ginger
- 3 clove Garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp Cooking oil
Sauce
- 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 0.5 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
- white pepper powder

Directions

Preparing the Sauce
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients listed for the sauce.
2. Set aside.
Preparing the Chicken
1. In another bowl, add the cubed chicken breast.
2. Lightly salt and pepper.
Cooking the Chicken
1. In a wok or pan, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil over medium high heat.
2. Once hot, add the chicken breast.
3. Cook for 5-7 mins or until fully cooked.
4. Set aside in a separate container for later.
Cooking the Vegetables
1. In the same pan, add 2 tbsp oil over medium high heat.
2. Once hot, add your jalapeños.
3. Cook for 1 min.
4. Add the sliced ginger and minced garlic.
5. Cook for another minute.
Combining and Cooking
1. Add back the cooked chicken and pre-combined sauce to the pan.
2. Combine well and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
1. Top this with fresh ground black pepper and serve it with rice and Sambal (for added spice).
