- 0.25 c cinnamon sugar
- 3 puff pastry sheets
- 0.25 c Powdered sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400. Let puff pastry defrost if it was in the freezer
2. Cut 1.5 inch wide strips from your puff pastry sheets. Stretch out the dough a little.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar all over puff pastry strips.
4. Roll up each puff pastry strip so that it forms a rose.
5. Lay out apple slices towards the top of each puff pastry sheet.
6. Place each rose into a muffin/cupcake tin to bake until nice and golden brown - about 15 minutes.
7. Let them cool completely before dusting powdered sugar on top!
