- 3 Grands Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls
- 3 granny smith apples
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1 c Heavy cream, or coffee creamer
- 0.5 c pecans, chopped
- 0.5 c light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Land o Lakes pumpkin spice butter
- 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
- pinch Salt

Directions

Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, mix the apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and brown sugar until the sugar dissolves.
3. Add a pinch of salt to the mix and combine.
4. In a large saucepan, add butter to the pan.
5. Once it melts, add the apple mixture to the pan.
6. Cook for about six minutes.
7. Cut and divide your cinnamon rolls into quarters spreading across a greased cast iron pan.
8. Pour over your heavy cream or coffee creamer across the cinnamon rolls evenly.
9. Add the apple mixture across the pan spreading evenly.
10. Coat the top with the chopped pecans.
11. Bake for about 23 minutes.
12. It should be slightly gooey in the middle still.
13. Add the Pumpkin Pie butter and spread across the cinnamon rolls.
14. Place it back in the oven for 10 more minutes checking every so often to make sure it doesn’t burn.
15. Remove and add the cinnamon roll frosting that comes in the can on top once the cinnamon rolls cool.
16. Serve and enjoy! Goes great with vanilla ice cream!
