Filling
- 2 lb apples
- 1 tbsp Lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
Crumble
- 1 c Flour
- 0.5 c Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 8 tbsp Butter, melted, unsalted

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 375 F.
2. Mix together all the ingredients for the apple filling together. Set aside.
3. Mix together the dry ingredients for the crumble. Then add in the melted butter and mix.
4. Use small ramekins or a baking dish and add apples (leftover juice) and crumble topping.
5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
6. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes and then top with ice cream!
7. Enjoy!
