- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp peppercorns
- 2 Bay leaves
- Fish sauce

Directions

Boiling the Pork Skin
1. Add water to a pot and cover until it comes to a boil.
2. Add salt, peppercorn, and bay leaves.
3. Boil pork skin for about 35 minutes until the pork skin is tender, but not falling apart.
4. Let pork skin cool down and pat dry.
Marinating the Pork Skin
1. Marinate front and back with fish sauce.
2. Let pork skin dry overnight.
Air Frying the Pork Skin
1. Air fry pork skin at 360 degrees for about 27 minutes or until golden brown.
2. Try pausing the air fryer once in a while so it doesn’t stick to the pan.
Final Steps
1. Break up into small pieces.
