Ingredients

"Main Ingredients"
- 500 g silken tofu
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 Green onion, finely chopped
- 3 clove Garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice syrup
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp chilli flakes
- toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Preparing the Tofu
1. Carefully peel off the cover of the silken tofu box.
2. Place a few paper towels on top, then flip it over.
3. Leave to sit on a flat surface allowing the paper to absorb any excess water.
Preparing the Sauce
1. For the sauce, bring a small pan to medium heat and add oil, minced garlic and the white part of the green onion.
2. Let it cook for a couple minutes until you can smell the aromatics.
3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and let it cook for another 1-2 minutes.
4. Mix well.
Serving the Tofu
1. Flip over the tofu and carefully remove the kitchen paper.
2. Place a serving plate over the opening of the tofu box.
3. Turn it around and gently lift up the box.
4. Pour the sauce over the tofu.
