Ingredients

Noodles
- 2.5 oz noodles
- 2.5 tbsp Neutral oil
- 1 clove Garlic, finely grated
- 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 stalk Green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Chili flakes, or to taste
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce, or tamari
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
Garnish (optional)
- 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 0.5 stalk Green onions, chopped
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Prepare the noodles
1. Prepare your noodles according to package instructions.
2. Drain the noodles well.
Heat the oil
1. Heat the oil over medium heat.
2. You can test if it's hot enough by dropping a small piece of noodle in the oil.
3. If it sizzles and floats to the surface, the oil is ready.
Prepare the spice mixture
1. In a bowl, combine grated garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, and green onions.
2. Once the oil is hot, pour it over the spice mixture.
3. Let it sizzle for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Combine and serve
1. Add the drained noodles, sesame oil, and soy sauce to the bowl.
2. Mix well to coat the noodles.
3. Serve immediately.
4. Top with additional sesame seeds, green onions, and chopped cilantro (optional).
5. Enjoy!
