Tortillas
- 2 gluten-free tortillas
Eggs
- 2 Eggs
Bacon
- 2 slices of bacon
Cheese
- 0.25 c fat free cheese
Mayo
- 1 tbsp spicy Mayo
- 1 tsp everything bagel spice
- 1 tsp Chives

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Add the tortillas to a lined baking sheeet.
3. Sprinkle the cheese on top in a circle shape.
4. Crack the eggs in the middle.
5. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
6. Bake on 350 for 5-7 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked.
7. Remove from oven.
8. Top with avocado, crispy bacon, spicy mayo and chives (optional)
