- 0.5 c plant-milk
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 3 tbsp Chia seeds, (white ones used, but black work)
- Raspberries, fresh (optional for topping)

Directions

BLEND
1. Combine frozen raspberries, plant milk, and dates in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
ADD CHIA
1. Add chia seeds and mix with a spoon.
FINISH AND SERVE
1. Pour into a cup and refrigerate for 1+ hours.
2. Top with fresh raspberries and enjoy!
