- 1 c self-rising gluten free flour
- 1 c Greek style yogurt

Directions

Preparing the Griddle and Dough
1. Set your griddle on medium low.
2. In a medium bowl, add ingredients and form a dough ball.
3. Place pizza dough ball on parchment paper and cover with more parchment paper.
Rolling and Cooking
1. Roll out dough into a round pizza shape. Remove top parchment paper and roll with a docker (optional) and place on Blackstone with parchment paper under.
2. Let crust cook for about 8-10 minutes on each side.
3. Once golden brown, remove parchment paper and cook directly on griddle for 2 minutes on each side and remove.
Pizza Toppings, Optional
1. Top with marinara sauce, turkey pepperonis, and basil.
