Directions

Seasoning the Chicken
1. Season the diced chicken tenders with olive oil, salt, pepper, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, Maggi seasoning, cayenne, and paprika. Make sure the chicken is well-coated with the seasoning.
Cooking the Chicken
1. Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the seasoned chicken to the hot skillet and cook until it's fully cooked and slightly browned, about 5-7 minutes. Ensure there's no pink in the center of the chicken.
3. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
Preparing the Quesadilla
1. In the same skillet or a clean skillet, melt some butter. Then place a flour tortilla with a generous amount of Mexican blend and mozzarella cheese and chicken on the tortilla.
2. Fold the tortilla in half.
3. Press down on the quesadilla with something heavy, like another skillet or a spatula, to help it cook evenly and get that crispy texture.
4. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla becomes golden brown and the cheese is melted.
5. Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before cutting it into wedges.
