Ingredients

Main Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Oil, or butter
- 0.5 purple onion
- 1 pack udon noodles
- Toasted sesame
- Green onion, for garnish
Sauce Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp Korean chili powder
- 1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar, or honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0.5 tsp Sesame oil
- 3 tbsp water

Directions

1. In a sauce bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well until well blended.
2. Boil the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set them aside.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil or butter in a nonstick pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until tender.
4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir in the prepared sauce. Cook until the sauce starts to thicken and the noodles are evenly coated in the sauce.
5. Plate the noodles and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds or chopped green onions on top.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
